POLICY ON ALCOHOL:
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in city parks, facilities, or ballfields.
LOST AND FOUND ARTICLES:
All park attendants shall report all recovered articles to the Parks & Recreation Department, who shall make every effort reasonable to find articles reported.
VENDING AND PEDDLING:
No person in a park facility shall expose or offer for sale any article, nor shall they station or place any stand, cart, or vehicle for the transportation, sale or display of any such article or thing.
ADVERTISING:
No person in a park shall announce, advertise, or call the public attention in any way to any article or service for sale or hire, except when prior authorization in writing given by the Director of Parks & Recreation.
SIGNS:
No person in a park shall paste, glue, tack, or otherwise post any sign , advertisement, or inscription whatever, on any public lands, highways, or roads adjacent to a park, except when prior authorization in writing is given by the Director of Parks & Recreation.
HOURS:
Except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies, parks shall be open to the public everyday of the year during designated hours. Hours for general park use shall be from 6:00am-10:00pm, unless otherwise posted.
CLOSED AREAS:
Any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public by the Director of Parks & Recreation, or his/her designated authority, at any time for any stated intervals.
PARTY DECORATIONS:
No person shall use silly string, confetti, water balloons or any other items that will leave small or hard to clean liter after a reservation. Additionally, staples, nails or tape is NOT to be used at any facility. The Director of Parks and Recreation has the right to revoke future use.
